Barbara Lee:  Shanghai. The leader of our team in China.  She holds a degree in marketing, and has been working for the past four years with TJP-China.  She is expert in project administration, budgeting and finance, and supervises team members on day to day activities and projects.  mailto:barbara@public.sta.net.cn

Julia Zhu, Beijing.  Also holds a marketing and sales degree, is expert in working with private businesses and the hotel trade.

Patrick Zhu, Guangzhou.  Patrick holds a MS in Food Science from the Wuxi University, and his regular job is a grain trader for the state of Guangdong.  He is expert in sourcing of ingredients and travels frequently throughout China.

Andrew Lieu, Xiamen.  Andrew holds a MS in Food Science also from Wuxi, and works in a state trading company on non food activity with Japan.  The Island city of Xiamen is one of the most dynamic areas of China due to its proximity to Taiwan.

Margie Mah, Suchou.  Margie holds a food science degree from Wuxi and is expert at sourcing ingredients for local factories in her region which is a major food processing area in North China.

Ted Chen, Wuxi.  Ted holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from Wuxi and teaches food science students.  The Wuxi university network is active throughout China and every helpful for getting projects and activities completed.

Tonny Chen, Dalian. Tonny was previously buyer at a large Japanese Hotel chain.  He is expert in the hotel trade and the Liaoning region of China.

Allen Liu, Tianjin.  Allen is trained in sales and marketing and is an excellent asset in the region of Tianjin which is the main port city of North China.

Other Cities: Chendu, Harbin.
