Ropa has been with TJPMD since 1991 and is considered an expert on the
functionality and processing capabilities of raisins, honey, small
fruits and nuts. He has conducted extensive studies into the area
of ingredient processing, market feasibility, new product development
and applied functional research. He has experience working
throughout Europe, North America, South and Far East Asia. His
background is in Food Science and Environmental Science and holds
degrees from Hope College, Roosevelt University and Johns Hopkins University. |
